12 Ton hydraulic manual and pneumatic guided bend test jig fixture for weld testing.
Available Configurations
- Standard includes P1 plunger (1 1/2") and Standard Wheel Set (2 1/2").
- Full Set includes all plungers (P1/P2/P3/P4/P5) and both Wheel Sets (2 1/2" and 3 5/8")
- Barebones is just the bender with no plungers or wheels. For when P1 and/or standard wheels are not wanted
This bender is an easy and inexpensive way to test welders.
Also known as Guided Bend Roller Jig or Weld Test Strap Benders.
Can be used for several Weld Tests, including AWS D1.1 and ASME QW-466.
